At Gracie Barra Wear, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of your training gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
